New Year’s Un-Resolution
I have a fresh Challenge for you as we enter a New Year. Rather than setting resolutions, I challenge you to set Un-resolutions
We often feel pressured this time of year to set goals and start new habits. However, having just finished a very busy holiday season this is putting a lot of stress on us.
Instead, I challenge you to be gentle with yourself and instead set Un-resolutions.
What do I mean by this?
I want you to continue doing what is working for you and stop doing what is no longer serving any purpose.
I want you to go with the flow rather than force yourself to do things you don’t actually want to do.
I want you to keep doing what you do well and know you are doing right, give yourself praise for these things.
Write down and reflect on these points above and use them as a guide into the New Year.
