As the year comes to a close, it’s a great time to set some easy goals and check things off your list.
Review both your personal and professional goals from the past year - make notes on where you made progress and where you need to put some time in. What can you do between now and the end of the year to close the gap? If needed, extend the timeline that you set to reach the goal. Even if it takes longer than planned, you have still reached your goal.
Arrange for some small decluttering projects – your phone, your computer, your kitchen – keep it small, it will just feel nice to declutter and clear up some space.
Increase your activity level - set an easy goal like beating the previous day's step count by 50 steps, - it's minor but will definitely add up, that's 1500 additional steps per month.
Several small changes can really make a huge difference and set you up for a successful fresh start in the new year.
