Have Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) questions? Check-in on your application status or clarify the application process by contacting the new CEBA call centre. It is open Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EDT, and can provide you with answers to:

  • Application status questions, such as “Why was I declined?” or “Why was my document rejected?”

  • Program clarification questions, such as “What is an eligible non-deferrable expense?” and “How are they calculated?”

  • Application support questions, such as “Why is my document deemed low quality?"
