From backlog catch-ups to full clean-ups, we make bookkeeping recovery simple and stress-free.

Whether you’ve fallen behind, inherited a messy file, or just want to be sure everything is accurate before moving forward, we’ll clean it up efficiently and get you back in control.

Rescue work is ideal for:

How It Works

We start with a quick assessment of your books to determine which rescue level fits your situation.

Once approved, we’ll schedule your cleanup within our weekly bookkeeping cycle.

We have specific days set aside just for rescue work, so your cleanup gets our full focus without affecting ongoing client schedules.

You’ll receive regular updates as we bring your records back to balance — clean, compliant, and ready to go.

Billing & Terms

Rescue projects are billed at $175 per hour, with a 10-hour retainer required up front to get started. Once those hours are used, we’ll invoice for another 10-hour block as we continue your cleanup.

Because this work is handled personally by Tanya and Sandra, you get senior-level expertise and access to advanced tools that let us work quickly while keeping everything accurate and compliant.

A few quick notes:

  • Work is completed once per week during your scheduled bookkeeping cycle.

  • Any work outside that schedule is considered priority and billed at 1.5× the regular rate.

  • CRA support isn’t included for Rescue Work Levels 1 or 2.
